Once the fermentation stages have been completed, the red wines are aged for a period of twelve months. Some batches are aged in stainless steel tanks while others are aged in new barrels or in one-wine barrels. Indeed, such a distribution aims at obtaining different wine profiles by grape variety, according to their containers of breeding.
