Bergerac, Cadran blanc Château Monestier La Tour

From a clay-limestone terroir near the Dordogne, Cadran Blanc is a blend of 60% Sauvignon, 37% Semillon and 3% Muscadelle in Organic Agriculture. Its colour is a brilliant straw yellow, the nose is very aromatic with notes of peach, citrus and white flowers, the mouth is tense with a good length.
