The Château Monestier La Tour
In 2012, the Scheufele family bought the beautiful Chateau Monestier La Tour estate in the heart of the Bergerac region. On today ’s vineyard of almost 30 hectares, the estate produces organic and biodynamic wines under three appellations: Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac and Saussignac.
The team of Château Monestier La Tour
Since 2015, Mathieu Eymard is the technical manager and cellar master of the wine estate. He is surrounded by Florent Brichèse and Jérémy Nègre, both tractor operators on the vineyard.
The garden of Château Monestier La Tour
Since 2014, the Scheufele family has wanted to help preserve the biodiversity and natural balance of their privileged environment. The entire estate is certified organic since 2018. The Château has created a useful garden and an herbal tea room in order to produce, dry and store all the plants useful for vine treatments.
The Château de Gigognan
Château Gigognan is hidden in a beautiful green landscape between Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the vineyard expands over 45 hectares made of a set of rolled pebbles terraces.
